Who We Are
Smart Support is a Mental Health organisation that delivers services to the Eastern and Southern areas of Melbourne. Founded in 2020, we are committed to making a positive impact in the lives of people who have mental health conditions.
Model Of Care
Smart Support adopts the Mental Health Foundations model of care: Each participant is made to feel welcome and valued, and is treated with respect, dignity and understanding as a unique person; while their right to privacy and confidentiality in all aspects of their life is recognised and respected in the program. Each support is catered around each unique person, their experiences and needs making them the focal point of their own life.
Our Staff
Our staff are such an integral part of our organisation and our clients’ experience. Our team includes a large team of Level 1 to Complex Support Workers (who are all Mental Health trained) and Nurses. As well as Mental Health clinicians to support therapy, counselling and coaching. We assure that we are able to support all mental health and psycho-social needs.
Our Values
Holistic Mental Health Care
Smart Support collaborates with the participant’s family and other support networks, when deemed necessary by the participant. These include medical professionals, other non-governmental organisations, and government agencies. As an organisation, we offer a variety of holistic mental health support including community-based and in-house programs, counselling, therapy and coaching, peer groups, and outreach support to inspire positivity and growth for everyone to achieve their personal best.
