A Recovery Coach will support you as a NDIS participant in your journey towards recovery and leading a self-sufficient and fulfilling life.
Our passionate and committed coaches are here to increase your awareness of choice and control, assist you in getting the best out of your plan which will benefit your ongoing recovery.
With a strong and respectful relationship, your recovery coach will work with you, your family and other services to create and implement a personal recovery plan which will assist you achieving both your long- and short-term goals.
This ongoing support will give you to tools required to best manage complex and challenges

– Collaborate with your other services
– Assist you in identifying, planning, designing and implementing your NDIS support
– Build strength and resilience to benefit you to lead a self-sufficient and fulfilling life
