Our Services
Smart Support is a community mental health organisation that has helped hundreds of Victorians work through stabilising their psycho-social conditions, by utilising unique services and supports on personal development and recovery.
Daily Living and Life Skills
Development of independent living skills, skills based programs, in home & community support.
Finding and Keeping a job
Supporting and educating participants with enough skills to be work-ready.
Support Coordination and Recovery Coaching
Support Coordinators are specialised professionals who help maintain appropriate referrals to service providers shaped to the participants goals and needs. Recovery Coaches are to mainly assist participants who have psycho-social conditions that could arise from a disability or past trauma.
Health and Wellbeing
We offer a range of services including counselling, Psycho-socials therapy, peer-groups, couples & family counselling, Parent workshops and Canine therapy.
Community Participation
We offer specialised support that assists participants to access the community completing activities that bring them fulfillment while also assisting with daily living tasks.
Social Skills Development
Programs are formulated together to present safe and interactive groups where participants are able to learn communication skills in a positive environment and create friendships.
NDIS Housing Support
We are able to provide support to find suitable housing for a participant based on their needs and requirements.
Children Services
We run an after school program, school holiday program, tutoring and therapy services to assist those who require additional support. Services that focus on the development of healthy relationships, wellness and sensory.
NDIS Application Consultations and plan support
Tutoring Service available to students aged 5-18 years.
As Smart Support is a mental health organisation, we understand that barriers mentality can have on one’s learning ability. This is why we want to create a safe and comforting environment for students, allowing them to expand their knowledge beyond the classroom. Our tutoring service is suitable for those with autism, learning difficulties, anxiety or any other mental health difficulties.
