At Smart Support we are committed to assisting all of our clients to live their best possible life. We offer a range of services to suit the varying needs of our clients to ensure that everyone is able to access the support they require.
Our services include core support, coordination, and capacity building.
Core Services
Community Support
We support clients to participate in their local community through one on one support as well as group and social programs.
In-Home Support
We provide a number of in home support services to assist our clients with their daily living needs.
Housing Support
We are able to assist eligible clients to provide suitable housing through the NDIS that meets their specific requirements.
Capacity Building Services
Independent Skill learning
We offer a range of services to assist our clients in learning and developing suitable skills to assist them in living a more independent life.
Psycho-social Therapy
Our range of therapy services provides clients with the opportunity to engage in therapy that will assist them in the management of their mental health.
Counselling
Our counselling services include individual, couples/family, and business services. These can be run on-site (if eligible) or at our office in Emerald.
Programs (Community and skill-based)
We facilitate a number of community and skill-based programs for both children and adults. These run on a term-by-term program.
