Housing Support
We support participants with finding suitable housing. Support is focused on addressing previous housing barriers, finding emergency housing and finding suitable properties that equip the participants’ requirements and needs. All this support is done with the participant to ensure that the participant has complete choice and control in their options.
Application Consultations
Applying for the NDIS funding can be a stressful matter for families to apply for. Smart Support can assist families with information that will be required for their application. Once the application has been approved, Smart Support can also provide customer service support through their application meeting to ensure that all important points and information is being advocated.
Plan Reviews
A popular support for Smart Support, is providing assistance with Plan reviews. The detailed letter focuses on barriers and complications to highlight funding that the participant would benefit from. The form includes funding amounts and other critical information that the participant and their care team require for their new plan.
