Our couples counselling is available to both our existing clients and the general public. We provide you with a safe space to discuss your concerns and be guided by a trained counsellor to move to a resolution. Our family counselling services are designed to provide you with a space for your family to discuss and work through any issues that you may be facing.

Our business counselling and debriefing is a confidential counselling service that employers can offer to their employees, as a way to support their well-being in the workplace. Debriefing can help solve issues among team members and help you work as a team to the best of their ability. Business counselling is designed to help businesses thrive by growing as a team. Individual employee debriefing can also be arranged to assist employees experiencing shock from a workplace incident. The consultation allows the employee to freely express their emotions around the incident, reflect on workplace policies and procedures and produce an action plan for future incidents. This process assists with reducing burnout within staff members.
